What we DO NOT do:
- Move/lift heavy furniture/items over 50 lbs
- Use ladders other than two step ladders
- Use toxic chemicals/cleaning supplies you supply unless they are approved by our office beforehand (feel free to provide eco-friendly or green cleaning products of your choice)
- Laundry or ironing
- Clean plasma TV’s, computer screens or workout equipment, except for dusting their tops
- Clean pet waste or cat litter
- Clean unfinished basements
- For the safety of our staff, we won’t enter homes with barking/aggressive dogs unless they are properly restrained (all sizes of dogs)
Construction Cleaning
Superior Maids offers post constructional cleaning services to construction companies and individual residences. Our highly-trained, professional cleaning experts have years of experience in the specialized cleaning techniques that are required for thorough post-constructional cleaning.In addition to regular cleaning, services include:
- Cabinets vacuumed, wiped and polished dry on the inside and outside to remove dust due to construction
- Countertops, table carvings and chairs wiped and polished dry
- Trim wiped (on walls and ceilings)
- Windowpanes wiped and windows shined
- Plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories cleaned, sanitized, and shined Ceiling fixtures cleaned and shined
- Appliances cleaned and shined
- Hard floor surfaces swept, vacuumed, and mopped at least twice for extra thorough cleaning
- All light trash and construction debris moved to dumpster
Carpet Cleaning
Your carpet gets vacuumed during the regular cleanings, however, if you should require steam cleaning or shampooing of the carpet, please call our office for further inquires.Window Cleaning
At Superior Maids, we also specialize in window cleaning. If you would like to wash your windows from the inside, this service is available during any season and could be offered at your regular cleanings. Outside window washing is done during warm seasons and depends on the weather and temperature outside.
